About 2WC

Senior people who still build.

2WC is a software studio for teams that need serious engineering without a serious headcount. We set the architecture and write the code — no hand-off to a junior team, no layers between you and the people doing the work.

We started 2WC on a simple conviction: the best technical work happens when the people making the decisions are the same people writing the code. Too much of the industry separates the two — strategy from one firm, execution from another, and a junior team in the gap. We don't work that way.

The thread through everything we do is senior, hands-on, and AI-native by default. Whether we're helping a founder build a product or a company modernize a decades-old system, we assume AI belongs in the architecture — and we prove where it earns its place and where it doesn't.

We've shipped software that served tens of thousands of accounts, modernized monoliths without stopping the business, and built AI tooling that holds up in production rather than just in a demo. Two companies our principal helped build were acquired by private-equity firms. We bring that experience to every engagement — at the scale you actually need.
